Isabelle Rahm, born in Zurich in 1974, is a psychological counsellor and founder of her own conversation and learning studio. There, she offers spiritually guided counselling as well as learning support in individual psychology. Her work combines psychological methods with spiritual themes and an exploration of soulmate relationships, with a particular emphasis on the exploration of emotions, their origins, their effects and what it takes to deal consciously with them and ones own soul, as the foundation for a fulfilled and authentic life. Her approach to the process of exploration and healing goes beyond traditional psychological methods and involves spiritual practices, esoteric approaches and various paths to consciousness. At the heart of this is a holistic approach that combines understanding, feeling and the conscious engagement with ones own inner life. She views beliefs, fears and insecurities as part of a process of development that can be recognised, understood and transformed. Isabelle Rahm assists people in recognising their own emotional logic, that deeply ingrained, often unconscious inner attitude that shapes ones thoughts, feelings and actions. Her aim is to explore together, to develop a deeper understanding of ones own underlying emotional state and thereby to discover joy and new ways of dealing with challenges.
