On February 24, 2022, Russia launched the invasion of Ukraine. Just 20 days earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese leader Xi Jinping had signed an "Alliance Treaty." This was no coincidence: Beijing and Moscow are closer than commonly perceived in the West.

The two countries are not "bosom friends," but they are united in an irrepressible desire to crush the supremacy of the United States of America. And both countries are clearly committed to a common social system, namely communism. This is diametrically opposed to the Western concept of democracy under the rule of law and individual freedom for humanity.

If the most populous state on earth, the People's Republic of China, and the largest country on this planet in terms of area, the Russian Federation, join forces against the West, our democracy, freedom and rule of law will be in acute danger. There is no way for Europe to stay out of this culture war. But there is an opportunity to take a clear stance in order to achieve maximum security for the people of Europe in an uncertain era.

In this grippingly written book, nonfiction author Andreas Dripke, UN advisor Hang Nguyen, and peace activist Jamal Qaiser vividly demonstrate what can happen when China and Russia join forces. This much can be revealed: It forbodes nothing good!
Andreas Dripke

Andreas Dripke

Andreas Dripke has been an author, analyst, editor-in-chief and journalist for over 30 years. He has written more than 20 non-fiction books, authored dozens of analytical and market reports and published well over 100 articles. His works are characterised by the fact that they describe key topics in a carefully researched and extremely gripping and comprehensible manner. At the Diplomatic Council, a global think tank with consultative status at the United Nations (UN), and publisher of this book, he has participated in many non-public UN conferences as CEO to the United Nations. The diverse insights, knowledge and contacts gained at the highest level have been integrated into all his publications. Today, in his capacity as Executive Chairman of the Diplomatic Council, Andreas Dripke deals with current issues of geopolitical and social significance.

Hang Nguyen

Hang Nguyen

Hang Nguyen came to Germany as a child seeking refuge from the Vietnam War. She has experienced first-hand the misery of a war that only broke out because the superpowers sought war and the United Nations could not find a way to peace. Today she says about her escape: "I only survived because complete strangers took care of me". From this experience, she has developed an ardent desire to help other people, as she was once helped. As Secretary General of the Diplomatic Council, she is the face and the heart of the organisation that published this work. She would like nothing better than a perfectly functioning UN that brings peace to humanity everywhere. But in her work at the Diplomatic Council, she has had to learn that the United Nations still has a long road ahead. This book is her reminder to the world's largest supranational organisation to prevent World War III at all costs.
